Effective October 5–30, 2026
Texas Leather Goods’ Annual Sale provides eligible wholesale customers access to maximum-level discount pricing without the standard bulk purchase requirements. The promotion is valid from October 5 through October 30, 2026, and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Wholesale Customers Only
The Annual Sale is available exclusively to approved Texas Leather Goods wholesale customers.
2. Promotional Period
Annual Sale pricing is valid only on qualifying new orders placed October 5 through October 30, 2026.
3. New Orders Only
Promotional pricing applies exclusively to new orders placed during the promotional period.
Previously placed orders, existing quotes, and pending quotes are not eligible for Annual Sale pricing. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.
4. In-Stock Merchandise Only
Annual Sale pricing applies only to qualifying merchandise that is in stock and available at the time the order is placed.
Backorders and special orders are not eligible for Annual Sale pricing.
5. Product Exclusions
Certain products are excluded from the Annual Sale, including:
Closeout merchandise
Select embossed leathers
Select smooth leathers
Additional product exclusions may apply. Please confirm eligibility and promotional pricing with your Texas Leather Goods sales representative before placing your order.
6. Maximum-Level Discount Pricing
Qualifying Annual Sale purchases are eligible for maximum-level discount pricing without the standard bulk purchase requirements.
Pricing and eligibility may vary by product. Your Texas Leather Goods sales representative will confirm applicable Annual Sale pricing when your order is placed.
7. How to Place an Annual Sale Order
Annual Sale orders are handled directly through the Texas Leather Goods sales team by phone or email.
Customers must mention “Annual Sale” when contacting their sales representative to request promotional pricing.
8. Product Availability
All merchandise is subject to availability. In-stock status may change throughout the promotional period, and availability cannot be guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
